Santa Ruta is open from morning until night on Avinguda del Rei Jaume I, facing Santa Ponsa. Breakfast and brunch, Mallorcan sandwiches, pizza and cocktails, with unhurried service.

Golden crust, a shared table.

Blistered edges, tomatoes that burst, basil laid on at the last moment. It lands in the middle of the table as the day slows down and no one is in a hurry to leave. Small for one; large, at 28 cm, to share.
